Mark Your Calendars!
The spring grant deadline is April 30, 2012.

Community members and business leaders in Dryden have formed an independent community-based organization to benefit the youth of our town. The Dryden Youth Opportunity Fund provides resources for the benefit of the youth in the Dryden community by funding innovative programs and activities that go beyond the basic requirements of public education.

Proceeds raised by the Dryden Youth Opportunity Fund are used primarily to:

  • finance mini-grants (typically under $500) and major project awards focused in the areas of cultural and academic enrichment, scholastic achievement, professional development, and general youth development.

  • finance projects that could not be initiated without supplemental financing.

Dryden Youth Opportunity Fund grants are not intended to replace funding support for educational and extracurricular activities generally funded by the Dryden Central School District's operating budget.

Questions regarding the Dryden Youth Opportunity Fund may be directed to

Tax-deductible donations may be made to Dryden Youth Opportunity Fund and are invested in the Tompkins Charitable Gift Fund, Inc. (www.tompkinscharitablegift.org). Donations may be mailed to:
